Due to the current financial pressures facing us all, hourly hire rates will increase from 1st September 2022. They have been unchanged since 2018.
The rates from 1st September 2022 are as follows -

Regular use (more than 6 times per year) by local clubs and societies  - £8.00 per hour

Commercial hires                                                                                        - £12.50 per hour

Private parties - Nether Heyford residents                                               - £15.00 per hour
Private parties - Residents from other villages                                         - £25.00 per hour

The hall is licensed for most activities, details are on the Booking Form.
For use outside of the licence conditions, such as the selling of alchohol, a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) will be required from the council.
The cost of TEN is £21.00 and must be applied for and paid to the council, by the hirer, at least 10 working days prior to the event.
The TEN must be displayed in the hall during the event.
The number of TEN available to the hall is limited, please check when booking the hall that a TEN is available.
